So every night around 9:00 p.m. a barely audible electronic beep occurs near our master bedroom for about ten minutes. It is driving me CRAZY!

Sounds like you have an old digital watch with its alarm set for 9pm that fell behind a dresser or the bed. After 10 minutes it shuts off to conserve battery power for the next night.

Maybe a hot water tank turning on for the night? That u can just hear through the wall. Or maybe a similar timed appliance. Just a thought :)
