Tim M.

This is one of the very few times that I wish I had some level of skill as a software developer.

As an architect, I've struggled for years with the maintenance of a complex set of documents. Because construction projects are highly decentralized, with many many levels of managment...it is really hard when a correction is made to make sure that everyone gets the correction. The iPad (maybe a slightly ruggedized version) could really solve this problem. Rather than faxing and emailing little bits of drawings, we just make a correction in the office, and it gets distributed to everyone.

Or, at the very least I'd love to save myself from having to carry hundreds of sheets of paper rolled up around a construction site.

I think its got loads of potential.
